The club prides itself in providing coaching in all events, running, jumping, throwing and pole vault with a number of fully qualified coaches, Introductory Level, Level One and Level Two.

Juvenile Training Times

During the months of November to June, club training for all juveniles is at the Lee’s Road Leisure Complex from 6.00 p.m to 7.00 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday. Other training – for hurdles, jumps, throws, etc. will be arranged as required. In September training is at St. Flannan’s College at the same times.
